Stop, take a picture, share! – Hodslavice in a frame!

If you go beyond the threshing floor, you will discover the picturesque hills of Podbeskydy, where František Palacký grazed cows as a child and picked raspberries in the forests. Times have changed, but the landscape of František's childhood has lost none of its charm. You will be amazed by the alleys with unusually blue-treated trunks and you may find them photogenic. Hodslavice is not perfect, but it has places with perfect views. The František Palacký Art Prospects will take you to them, photo points where you can become part of a work of art. The most popular of them is the three-meter School Chair and the giant Frame Hodslavice. However, the most beautiful view is offered by the Foundation Stone, where you can see a flowery meadow disappearing into infinity. The first four photo points are continuing: in May 2023, a fifth one called Hodslavský costume was added, which you can even dress up in. And at the end of summer 2023, a sixth photo point was added, located in the historic center between the wooden church and the pub, called "Postel Hospoda Kostel". It tells the mysterious story of how the pub became a temple.

The Koleje cycle path runs around Hodslavice, connecting Nový Jičín and its surrounding villages along the route of the original railway line.
