Smrk (1276 m above sea level)

Municipality: Ostravice

Together with Little Smrk and other nearby peaks, Smrk forms a typical massif of the Moravian-Silesian Beskydy. Smrk is separated from the 'Lysá hora highlands' by the Ostravice river valley and from its own 'Radhošť highlands' by the Čeladenka river valley. The Smrk Nature Reserve includes the peak and slopes. There are beautiful views of the valleys and surrounding peaks of the Beskydy from the slopes of Smrk just below the top.

Views: There are beautiful views from the slopes of Smrk just below the peak towards the valleys of Čeladná, Kunčice p. Ondřejníkem, Frýdlant n. O. and more, as well as towards other peaks of the Beskydy such as Lysá hora, Kněhyně, Malá and Velká Stolová Mountain, Pustevny, Radhošť and others.
