Every year one weekend in May on Pustevny is dedicated to art and wood. Top carvers from the Czech Republic and elsewhere present their art for 4 days.
Speed-carving is also interesting for spectators. In a time of 1 hour, chosen carvers create their works, which can then be auctioned off to spectators (starting at 1 CZK). The weekend program is always enriched with not just a thematic program for children and adults, but also an outdoor market with local products and goodies.
