This skiing area lies on the north edge of the peak Červený kámen (Red Stone) at an altitude of 690 m above sea level. The main slope is 480 meters long, has an elevation of 117 meters and a terrain interesting for more advanced skiers. The slope is treated with artificial snow and regularly groomed. Visitors can take advantage of night skiing under artificial lighting. You can reach the ski area from the center of Kopřivnice by taking Husová Street to the parking lot at the lower lift station or the parking lot near the swimming pool. You will find a ski lift here that will take you up to the main slope at the chalet of Červený kámen.
There are 6.8 km of cross-country trails in the area. The trails that normally mark bike routes are especially marked in wintertime throughout the terrain. In addition to the two courses mentioned, an access route from the swimming pool along Janíkovo sedlo, where the courses begin, is also groomed.
A part of the slope has been set aside for children. In cooperation with the Youth and Children’s Home, a ski school is operated for all age categories and levels.
